TrekHaul — Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.
1. Return window You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
2. How to start a return Email contact@trekhaul.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the next steps. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.
3. Return shipping
- Change of mind / no-fault returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover it. See below.
4. Damaged, defective, or wrong item If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contact@trekhaul.com with clear photos or video of the issue, along with photos of the packaging including the shipping label. Once verified, we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
5. Lost or stolen packages Once the carrier's tracking confirms the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If tracking shows delivery to a different address than the one you provided, contact us and we'll make it right.
6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.
7. Non-returnable items Items that have been used, installed, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior authorization are not eligible for a refund.
8. Cancellations You can request a cancellation before your order ships. We'll do our best to cancel it in time, but once an order has been sent to the warehouse for fulfillment we cannot guarantee cancellation. If it has already shipped, our standard return process applies.
