TrekHaul — Shipping Policy 

1. Where we ship We currently ship within the United States only.

2. Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

3. Shipping time Orders ship from a U.S. warehouse and typically arrive within 2–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.

4. Shipping cost Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

5. Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

6. Delays We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll help track it down.

7. Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
